“We used STM to do a complete Reno of our entire house. The crew is punctual and professional and never miss a day. STM does high quality work, our granite, flooring, tile work and fireplace are works of art. The team had several ideas on how to open up our space and they were correct. STM is great to work with and listen and give great advise. Our project only took 4 months for the entire house, and that was because STM stayed on top of subcontractors and scheduled everyone timely. Would highly recommend.”

“I apologize for not responding sooner, but just saw your review form yesterday. We did have STM Development remodel our master bath and we couldn’t have been happier with the quality of work, just everything about the project went perfectly. The tile work is beautiful and the only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because I would have liked to complete it sooner; however, the Covid pandemic played a small part in the time line. Highly recommend this company and its staff.”
